Is it time for a change? If so, then we are looking for you to join ourRetail department as Retail Area Manager Outlets (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Idstein as soon as possible.
Set off with us!
- Independent support, management and optimization of the JW outlets in Germany
- Responsibility for smooth operations in the stores
- Main contact person for the stores and interface to the head office and retail departments
- Business management of the sales channel (PnL)
- Collaboration in annual and budget planning, as well as definition of store targets on a daily and monthly basis
- Control of general processes in relation to merchandising and merchandise management (depth and breadth of product range)
- Management and support of store managers in day-to-day business
- Personnel management and development
- Efficient and demand-oriented personnel planning
- Planning and implementation of annual outlet meetings
- Brand ambassador for Jack Wolfskin vis-à-vis center managers and operators
- Compliance with defined procedures in the area of locking systems (loss of keys, key log)
- Ensuring all occupational safety issues in the stores (BAD defect logs, hygiene standards in the stores, fire safety officer/first aider for each store)
- Marketing responsibility for the outlet sales channel (close cooperation with corresponding internal departments and outlet centers)
- Interface to international colleagues with outlet responsibility (communicating best practice)
Your DNA for Jack Wolfskin:
- Experience in managing your own retail stores
- Very good knowledge of processes, business procedures and interrelationships in the sports and/or fashion industry
